Located in Yuyao, Ningbo — the heart of China’s plumbing hardware industry — our facility combines advanced injection molding technology with rigorous quality control. Every product that leaves our floor has passed multi-stage inspection, from raw material verification to final packaging.
Injection Molding Workshop
Injection Molding
Our workshop houses automated injection molding machines ranging from 80T to 400T, capable of processing ABS, PVC, and PPR materials with precision tooling. Each mold is CNC-machined in-house to ensure dimensional accuracy within ±0.05mm.
Quality Inspection Station
Quality Control
Every batch undergoes 100% leak testing, flow rate calibration, and salt spray resistance checks. Our QC lab is equipped with digital pressure gauges, flow meters, and environmental simulation chambers to ensure compliance with CE, ROHS, and TUV standards.
Warehouse & Logistics
Warehousing & Logistics
Our 3,000 m² finished goods warehouse maintains organized inventory by SKU and destination market. We support FOB Ningbo, CIF, EXW, and DDP delivery terms, with monthly shipping capacity of 50+ containers. Partner freight forwarders handle customs clearance and documentation.
Product Testing Lab
Product Testing
Before shipment, samples from each production run are subjected to hydrostatic pressure tests (up to 2.5 MPa), thermal cycling (0–90°C), and surface adhesion tests. Test reports are available upon request for every order batch.

Internationally Certified
Our quality management system is certified to ISO 9001:2015. Key product lines carry CE marking for the European Economic Area, ROHS compliance for restricted substances, and TUV certification for pressure-bearing components. Third-party inspection by SGS, Bureau Veritas, or Intertek can be arranged at buyer’s request.
